This book is full of a wonderful selection of tasty recipies. All those I've tried have worked beautifully and are suitable for the whole family as well as the one on a 'diet'. This book has certainly helped me to lose the stone & a half that I have lost so far by being such an inspiration.

the recipes in this book are so un-dietlike that when you dish them up to family and friends they have no idea they are low carb and very healthy, they are absolutely delicious, easy to make and addictive to eat. India, Neris and Bee Rawlinson deserve a medal for publishing this.

So glad I got this book, its full of really great recipes - you don't have to be on a low carb diet to use it, its suitable for everyone.

The best cookbook ever January 5, 2009
I have been cooking from this book for the last year and I have lost 3 and a half stone. If it wasn't for this book I would not be in the position I find myself in today. I will never cook another way.

Well worth investing in. Even if you are not trying to lose weight (and I wasn't when I bought my copy) the recipes are novel and delicious.
