Having spent hours on-line researching property for sale in Hurghada, we stumbled across this book and must say what a help it has been. It has clear information a gives the reader a good insight into what's available in this ever increasing market. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy on the Red Sea.

My company have been selling real estate in Hurghada for more than two years and somebody needed to write this book. There is so much interest in this new emerging market that Nick has caught the mood at exactly the right time and filled a much needed information gap in to who to contact and what to see. Well done Nick!
